The 2013 Health Freedom Expo will be held from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m., March 1 and 2, and from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Sunday, March 3 at the Long Beach Convention Center. The expo’s mission is to deliver the finest natural health information, products and services to the public. The event is sponsored by The HealthKeepers Alliance, a lobbying organization working to defeat restricting legislation that limits positive health freedom choices and awareness.
The ninth annual event will feature 150 exhibitors and 75 informative lectures and interactive workshops. Prominent speakers include Joan Borysenko, Harvard Medical School-trained cell biologist and New York Times best-selling author of Minding the Body, Mending the Mind; Dr. Dean Ornish, renowned for his work to reverse heart disease; and Dr. Patch Adams, comedic holistic medical doctor and founder of West Virginia-based Gesundheit! Institute, which integrates a traditional hospital with alternative medicine.
