The fourth annual Allstate Insurance 13.1 Marathon Los Angeles takes place on Sunday, January 13 at 7 am. Expected to draw about 4,200 participants, the race begins on the Venice Boardwalk at Rose Avenue. Runners will enjoy a flat, fast scenic course that will pass along Mother’s Beach, the harbor in Marina del Rey, Playa del Rey and El Segundo before returning for a finish at Lagoon Park in Playa del Rey.
